Benefits
We offer our employees a competitive compensation package, which
includes:
Medical Insurance
Our employees are covered by a Group Insurance Policy. The
Rutter Group, Inc. covers 60% of the cost of
insurance. Employees become eligible for the Group
Medical insurance after a ninety day evaluation period.
Dental Insurance
Our employees are covered by a Group Dental Insurance
Policy. The Rutter Group, Inc. covers 60% of the cost of
insurance. Employees become eligible for the Group
Dental insurance after a ninety day evaluation period.
Life Insurance
Our employees receive Group Life Insurance benefits after a
ninety day evaluation period.
Birthday
The Rutter Group, Inc. employees receive a paid day off to
celebrate their birthday.
Vacation
Employees are eligible for two weeks of vacation each year for
their first five years of employment; three weeks for years six
through 10; and four weeks thereafter. Vacation leave accrues each
pay period, and must be used in the current calendar year.
Employees are eligible for vacation after 90 days of employment.
Sick Days
Employees are eligible for eight sick days per year, which accrue
with each pay period.
Personal Leave
Employees are eligible for two personal leave days per year after
90 days of employment. Those who start a after July 1 receive one
personal leave day during their first year of employment.
Paid Holidays
The Rutter Group, Inc. employees take five paid holidays annually: Memorial Day,
Independence Day, Labor Day, Thanksgiving, Christmas.
Sam's Club Membership
A membership is free to all employees and includes a card for
spouses.
